Bill Duncan*, will be speaking.  Representatives from state committee, the Yes on Prop 8 State YSA (LDS Young Single Adults) committee will be in attendance to discuss absentee voting and how to get involved in Utah.
 
*William C. Duncan has had a key role in the legal battle to preserve the traditional definition since its beginning. From 1998 to 2002, he served in several scholarly and leadership capacities, including as acting director, at the Marriage Law Project at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. In 2003-2004, he served as a visiting professor at BYU's law school. He co-founded the Marriage Law Foundation and serves as its director. He has published numerous scholarly articles on aspects of the marriage issue and often serves as a speaker and moderator at academic and public-policy conferences across the country and internationally.
